Matt: It’s your fault I had to improvise and use the workpieces I had. Although I wouldn’t reject the idea of a full-blown masquerade either. How about bringing John here and asking him to play the monster?

Matt: If you think that Karampus is evil, than the Puppeteer wits that role perfectly. Let John jump a little, run after you, roar. And perhaps then I’ll lay aside the idea of freezing you. The handle can still be turned further.
You look at Nat and Lance. Without colluding you make the same decision.
Lance: N-no.
Nat: John may be a bastard, but I’m not going to dress him up as some horned monkey.
You agree. No need to involve John in these crazy games.
Matt: Either john dresses as Krampus, or...
A familiar female voice interferes in the conversation.
Alice: Matt, they seem to be dead set. We can find another way… to punish them.
