Appeal to heavenJenny: Feather, it’s time to go to the living room. And launch our lantern. Task: Go through the living room in "night" mode. Lots of people are gathered in the room. Looks like a set of candles and colored paper really did come in handy. Some people were already standing with ready-made lanterns, others were handed dry fuel by Jim. Jim: Just be very careful, please! Jenny: I honestly didn’t expect that my idea would interest anyone else. Maybe some of you know a popular belief relating to the lanterns launching and came because of that. Each lantern set into the air will fulfill any wish or request. There’s a wave of animated whisper. Jenny: But we can’t launch a lantern every couple of minutes to illuminate the living room. There’s laughter. Jenny: And those rats and ravens placed by the Puppeteer… He said they symbolize us. But we have split into groups and took labels ourselves. If we need to be compared with anything now, it should be something light, and we’ll manage with different labels. Write down your wishes, your dreams or even… messages to the outside world. All of the sudden all talks have stopped. Jim: Everyone decides for themselves. Some of us believe in miracles, others have given up hope as soon as they got into the house. Jenny: That’s why you can launch lanterns right here in the room and shine some rays of light onto the kingdom of darkness. Or you can… Jim: Or you can hope for the best. Jim goes to a dark corner of the room and takes something in his hands. Jim: A basket of water. I will put out flames in the fireplace with it. You have several minutes to decide where your lanterns are going: to the ceiling or into the sky. Jenny: Here are sheets of paper, clips and pens. Don’t push each other — there’s enough for everyone. Jim: Feather, let’s step aside for a second. We both know that nothing’s gotten out of this house so far, be it through the chimney, a crack in the wall, a door or a window. As soon as the lanterns are launched through the chimney, I’ll set the firewood on fire. The hope must remain, we need our glass to be half full. Let’s not spoil the moment with lanterns falling back down. You completed Jenny’s task. You received some points of freedom and some tokens. Jenny: Thanks a lot, Feather. Did you see how enthusiastic everyone was when they left? Even those who were just watching from the side. Not everything is lost for us yet. |
