Tan: What do you know about the calligraphy art, Feather? It’s an ancient practice of self-perfection. You can spend hours drawing just one line of a hieroglyph. And if there is even a tiny mistake, if the painter sees that the drawing isn’t perfect, the paper would go right to the trash bin without any regret. It disciplines you and helps you find an eye of storm inside. To start my calligraphy session, I’ll need brushes, bottles of ink and some paper.
