Ringing of bells
Lance: Did you hear it? Sounds like bells are ringing. How strange...
Task: Find an unknown item in the winter garden in night mode.
Lance: I d-don’t understand. Where’s the sound coming from? Could you search half of the room that’s closer to the windows? And I’ll check closer to the door.
You slowly walk past an aquarium. A flashlight illuminates someone’s shadow sliding past a vase on the table. Or was it just your imagination? Anyway, you should be more careful.
Lance: Ouch!
On the other side of the room there’s hissing and rattle of a pot breaking. A black cat jumps at you from the dark, a collar with bells on its neck. Lance is chasing it, unsuccessfully trying to catch the animal.
In a second another pot ends up on the floor as a knot of useless crocks.
We need to chase this cat out into the hallway before it breaks every fragile object in the garden.
You stamp your foot and the cat changes direction, rushing to the open door. Lance darts out into the hallway after the cat.
You shrug your shoulders. You have figured out the mystery of bells, but now you’ve got to clean up the mess. You squat down and start collecting shards of broken pots into the palm of your hand.
Ding dong
You raise your head. A furry creature is standing of front of you. It has antlers and a chain with bells around its waist. You can’t believe your eye.
The curse has consumed the house after all? This looks like… Before you can finish the phrase, something heavy goes down on your head.
You completed the task and received some points of freedom and some tokens.
Fog: Every disobedient boy and girl in this house will be punished...
