Quests from The Panic Room: House of Secrets

One-to-one lesson

Matt: Now put your best foot forward! I’m serious. You don’t want me to cut your feet off with a blunt hatchet and stick them to your hands with a sellotape. Yes, I thought so. You would really need a psychiatrist if you actually wanted that, right?

Task: Go through the kitchen. Collect 25 Matt’s bones in the kitchen.

Matt: Ah, yes. I set you off, but didn’t explain why. There are two hundred six bones in in human body. Or is it two hundred and eight? Like my uncle used to say, you’ll never know until you break them all. Ha-ha. He really was an expert at that.

Matt: Was. Right up to the moment when I finally got tired of his blabbering and decided to find out exactly how many bones there are in that leather sack. It was Halloween, by the way. Let’s pay homage to the old man.

Matt: You love it so much to form little groups, don’t you? Underground and followers, disciples and saboteurs. Those are big words, but what use are they if you avoid competition? I’m asking you, where’s the fun? Cheer up, fake friends! Talk to you later.

Matt: If you collect a hundred bones in four stages during the allotted time, you’ll have a surprise. Why a hundred? To make an even number. Two hundred and eight doesn’t sound pretty, and two hundred is too much anyway. One hundred is just it.

You completed Matt’s task and received some freedom points and some tokens

Matt: Great. One quarter is found.
