Assault
Ryan: Don’t forget to look around, you’ll cover us.
Task: Go through the study. In order to get into the study, use a plasma burner from your inventory.
You climb the ladder, reach the hatch. Fortunately, the edges have already cooled off, and you can grip them without getting burned. There’s push from down — looks like Ryan decided to speed up your ascension.
A new room. A table, scattered papers, smoke from the burner.
John: Do not move!
Bill: It’s friends!
Ryan’s head sticks out from the hatch.
Ryan: Don’t put the gun down. It can be not just friends.
Jack: We told you, it’s friends! Or should we check the fingerprints?
The smoke is clearing away bit by bit, and now you can see the door not far from you and the Underground members standing in the doorway. John lowers the gun. Ryan gets into the room wincing and helps Isami to pull up.
Isami: How did you get in here?
Bill: Experienced rats know their ways.
John: Coming from both sides — it turned out as a nice trap. Too bad no one’s gotten into it.
Jack: What were you expecting? The visual effects were great but they made even the cockroaches to lock themselves up and barricade the door
