Isami: I feel her story unfolding in front of my eyes. She tried to forget what was causing the pain. But very important knowledge is hidden in her life.

Isami: A tuft of burnt straw. The roof is burning overhead, but she can't run out of the house. She tried to hide among the wounded soldiers whom she had treated, but someone set fire to the house. Her work ended in smoke.
