Jim: I haven't talked much to Matt Stubley, and heard little about him. Let's try to find out something from Isami.
Task: Go through the children's room in the "shadows" mode.
Isami: Jim? I feared you'd come.
Jim: Feared? Why?
Isami: It means something in the house does not according to your expectations.
Jim: Yes, you are right. But...
Isami gets up from the bed, makes tea.
Isami: And you need to learn more about the first act.
Jim: Not exactly. Just about you three. Someone has been controlling the Followers.
The girl pours the drink. The teapot spout clinks against the cup edge, her hands are shaking. Jim is watching her, confused.
Jim: If I didn't know you, I'd think it's you.
Isami gives a forced laugh, serves the cup, fiddles with the ribbon on her shoulder.
Isami: Better me, Jim. Better me. But let me just tell you, and you can draw a conclusion.
Isami retells the story of the first act – the one that you already heard. And continues...
Isami: Ryan has barely changed. He is the same bitter-tongued, determined man that goes towards his aim and cares about no one but the closest to him. Matt was quiet, calm, a little awkward. He reminded me more of a bear than a monkey. But Ryan must have seen deeper, or noticed more. Mood swings, secrecy, lies. Ryan is not an angel, but he will tell you that he uses you right to your face. The Monkey wanted something different… To prove that he could do better… Prove his strength by crushing others.
Jim: You think it's Matt?
Isami raises her eyes – for the first time since she started telling us her story. You are unable to read the expression in them...
Isami: I hope not.
